Andy D. Lee is the Co-founder and Chief Business Officer/Chief Technology Officer of Vincere Biosciences, where he leads business development, strategic partnerships, licensing discussions, and investor and pharma engagement around the company’s USP30 platform and pipeline programs. He brings more than 20 years of software, technology, and business experience across multiple industries, with a focus on translating complex technical platforms into commercially meaningful solutions.

Prior to Vincere, Mr. Lee was the founding Chief Technology Officer of NeuroInitiative, where he helped develop the SEED simulation platform and is a co-inventor on multiple granted and pending patents related to the technology. Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Engineering at Black Knight, where he worked directly with major financial institutions, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, and Chase, serving as a bridge between business and technology teams to deliver large-scale enterprise solutions that generated billions of dollars in value.

At Vincere, he applies this combined technical, operational, and business expertise to build relationships with key stakeholders, secure strategic collaborations, and align investors and pharma partners around the company’s mission to develop disease-modifying therapeutics targeting mitochondrial quality control.
