Dr. Brenda Eap is the Vice President of Communications and Partnerships at the Alliance for Longevity Initiatives (A4LI), a 501(c)(4) nonprofit advocacy organization dedicated to advocating for policies that extend human healthspan and combat diseases of aging. In her role, Dr. Eap collaborates with longevity biotech companies and policymakers to draft legislation supporting geroscience research and modernized regulatory frameworks for gerotherapeutics. Dr. Eap earned her PhD in Biology of Aging from the USC Leonard Davis School of Gerontology, conducting research at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging on sex differences and age-dependent decline in ketone body metabolism in mice. Her interdisciplinary expertise bridges scientific research and policy advocacy, with a focus on translating discoveries in aging biology into actionable public health initiatives.
